Week 1 complete! wow! It has been a tough week mentally and physically but there are so many amazing gains already happening!!

So with the end of the first week, I close it with a big ‘ol question we hear a lot! We get asked! We scrunch our nose up and think about! …

What is your why?  Why do you do what you do?

Let me tell you my why *18 Weeks with T*

Now that I have just completed my seventh day, I want to share with you why I’m doing what I’m doing and what motivates me each and every day to get up earlier, push a little harder and get all sweaty bum in the process! (and let Teresa push me to the limits! – drill Seargent! (fittingly coined by Lexia Stone, fitness athlete & competitor this morning when she saw me getting kicked in the butt by T!)

So … my big ol Why’s!! ….

  • I am on this journey for me. To see how hard I can push. To see what I can do. I love a challenge and this is a challenge. I love new things and this is new. I love learning and I’m learning.
  • I am on this journey because its FUN and I love to be coached by amazing people like Teresa Bragado who just know more about something than I do
  • I am on this journey to hopefully inspire at least one person to get a little healthier, eat a little better, move a little more
  • I am on this journey to show you anything is possible when you commit
  • I am on this journey to show you the value in a coach
  • I am on this journey to motivate, inspire you to be all you want to be, to reach all you want to reach and to do so one day, one moment, one idea at a time
  • I am on this journey to show hard work will be rewarded! There is no free lunch! Trust in yourself. Believe in You. Believe in You!
  • I am on this journey because I’m passionate about all things real. Real Food, Real Nutrition, Real Activity and I want to share my passion with you.

I am on this journey to help as many people I can and inspire them to do all they want to do, to be all they want to be, to reach for all they want to reach for and love their passion each and every minute of the day.

Thanks for taking this journey with me, for keeping on top of our fun and crazy and exciting workouts and for cheering me on. Your support, your kind private words and telling me I’m inspiring you to be all you want to be motivates me to push harder, to do more and to show you that being you is perfect!
