BRING OUT THE FUN!
Workout done! I feel great! 8 days into the program and I’m feeling fantastic. Regardless as to whether or not I’m seeing any change, I feel super duper great! I feel different and my body aches in ways that remind me of when I first started working out.
I’m going to keep today’s post a little lighter and a little shorter! I think its really important that in whatever you choose to do in life and in business, that you find elements or components that are fun. Enjoy the time you spend doing what you are doing and it just doesn’t seem like a job and the time flies by like crazy!
Love life and all you do! Integrate that love and zest for what you do into your daily routine and you will wake up and get through your day a happier you.
One of the things that makes it a joy to work with Teresa is her zest for life, her zing for a smile and her constant hilarious antics. That gal has some spunk! Spunky T!
I absolutely love waking up and getting ready for this journey, each and every day. I love seeing the shine in Teresa’s eyes, I love running into people that tell me we are crazy (haha! This I am particularly fond of! – I just love making people laugh and smile!!) and I love getting stopped by someone that says “Hey, you are inspiring me” – that’s what life is all about to me! Sharing a little of me, to give a little to you to make your world a better place. I hope to inspire you through my journey so you find your happy place, so you find your little happy spot and push for all those things that make your day a little better, no matter what those things may be!
When you love what you do and when you love your day, it makes everything all that much better!
