Valentines Day Workout

Always Try Something New

Yep! You guessed it, it’s valentines day and where are we? At the gym working out! 2 hour pumped up workout that was second to none.  I think they just keep getting better!

Chest, tris and abs! wow! what a great day!! Teresa knows what she is doing!

I’ve never really used cable systems before and I really am beginning to see the value in them! It is something I highly recommend you look at adding into your training regime. I find they are so adaptable to a variety of exercises and movements that there are so many possibilities.  It keeps my muscles guessing, it shows me how there are so many different components to your body and we often forget about them. We often forget about building all of our muscles, all of our body and we get too comfortable with the ordinary, the normal, the routine.

Just break through of the routine and learn something new. You will be much better for it!

I will leave you with a Happy Valentines day from us to you! We hope you enjoy the day, we hope you have a great loving, fun filled day and even if you do not have a significant other, then we hope you enjoy celebrating with friends, family or other loved ones!

Today is one of those great snuggle up with a movie in front of the fireplace! My dogs I know are ready for that =)! I don’t often relax, but I just might have to take a couple hours and get my dogs for a movie snuggle fest!
