Super creamy roasted beet hummus, loaded with nutrients and extra protein. We feature a roasted beet, plenty of garlic and seasoning. Perfect spread with vegetables, chips, pita or CRAVE IT Everything 'n' More Crackers, baked.

Directions
1Once your beet is cooled and peeled, quarter it and place it in your food processor. Blend until only small bits remain.
2Add remaining ingredients except for olive oil and blend until smooth.
3Drizzle in olive oil as the hummus is mixing. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed, adding more salt, lemon juice or olive oil if needed. If it’s too thick, add a bit of water. Refrigerate for up to a week.
Roasting a beat : Drizzle / rub a little olive oil over and under beet (after washing), sprinkle with salt and wrap with foil. Roast in oven 450 degrees F for approx 20 - 30 minutes until tender.
