JACKED UP BANANA BREAD

This is a perfect lightened up and protein powered snack or dessert. Even the kiddos will enjoy this jacked up banana bread. We turn our CRAVE IT Flip Flop FlapjackED mix as the perfect banana bread base.
This recipe makes 1 large loaf or about 4 mini loaves.

- Yields: 10-12 servings ; 1 full loaf
Directions
1Beat the eggs, butter and yogurt together. Add in the sugar and beat well.
2Sift the dry ingredients (including the CRAVE IT Flip Flop Flapjacked mix) into the wet, and hand-mix until well incorporated, but do not over mix.
3Add in the mashed bananas and nuts. Hand-mix until combined.
4Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
5Bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until a tester comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
Recipe tips:
1Chopped nuts are optional, and you can use any kind you want.
2You can also add mini chocolate chips.
3This bread freezes well. Wrapped in plastic wrap and then aluminum foil, it will last from 1-3 months.
