No cook recipe! Over 30g protein per sandwich and under 275 calories. Perfect pre or post workout snack. Great mixture of carbohydrates and protein. Feels like a tasty and decadent treat. Try mixing and matching Crave It SmoothZ flavors with different favorite rice cake flavors for different ice cream sandwich treats.

- Yields: 1 ice cream sandwich
Directions
1Empty contents of one single packet of Crave it SmoothZ (fave flavor!) into a medium bowl or into a blender. Add water, greek yogurt and cream cheese to blender or bowl. Whip until light and fluffy.
2Spoon / spread mixture over the two rice cakes and fold them together like a sandwich
3Wrap in foil or in parchment and plastic wrap and freeze for a couple hours. Unwrap and enjoy your high protein snack! Perfect for pre or post workout fuel!
Add 1/2 frozen banana to your chocolate smoothz mixture for a banana chocolate ice cream sandwich filling.
Add 1/4 cup frozen fruit to your crave it berry smoothZ mixture for a super fruit medley of flavors. Add strawberries only for a strawberry ice cream like middle.
