Breakfast, brunch and post workout meals do not need to be boring. Try this delicious high protein pancake, infused with strawberries, packed with protein. Over 25 grams of protein per 2 pancakes.

Ingredients

1 Crave It! Flip Flop FlapJACKed : French Vanilla (one box mix)

3/4 cup Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup cottage cheese

1 individual package of Crave It! Super Berry SmoothZ

1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (cut in small pieces)

1/2 cup Water

Directions

1Combine all ingredients into a medium sized bowl, except for strawberries

2Using a whisk, whisk until only small lumps appear

3Allow batter to rest for 1/2 hour in room temperature

4Fold in strawberries. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-heat. Pour 1/4 cup of pancake mix for each pancake with 1 - 2 " apart. Flip when bubbles on top no longer disappear.

5Remove from pan to plate and serve with favorite syrup or make your own strawberry compote

To Make a strawberry compote : Add 1 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries to a small saucepan with 1 tablespoon orange or lemon juice. Lightly sprinkle with sugar or agave or honey and turn burner to medium-high heat. Stir occasionally until strawberries reduce into a sauce. Serve hot or warm.
