Protein Powered French Toast

A perfect twist on French toast, with a delicious combination of berries, sweet cream. Added chia, oats and quinoa give a heart healthy addition to this delicious breakfast. Protein packed oatmeal transforms this dish and provides ample protein support. Great combination of healthy carbohydrates, superfoods and protein.

Directions
1In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk. Place bread slices in bowl and move slices around gently to absorb egg-milk mixture evenly.
2Empty contents of 3 individual packages of CRAVE IT Instant Chia and Mixed Berry Quinoa and Oatmeal mix onto a shallow dish.
3Firmly press enough of the Crave It! Oatmeal onto each side of the bread slices.
4Fry bread in a large skillet, with enough room in between slices to avoid over crowding, over medium high-heat until golden brown on both sides.
5Serve with your favorite topping, mixed berries
