Creamy, thick, nutritionally dense chocolate avocado protein pudding. Healthy fats, high in protein. Skip the carbohydrates in the honey and substitute for your favorite sweetener. This recipe can be made in less than 5 minutes of prep!

  • Yields: 2 cups


1 avocado - ripe

2 scoops 0 Sugar Premium SmoothZ - Crave It protein powder (any flavor)

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1 tablespoon honey

1/3 cup almond milk (or soy/cashew/coconut) - preferably under 50 calories per cup

2 tablespoons granola (per glass)

handful raspberries (per glass)


1Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

2Pour into glasses

3Top with granola and fresh berries

4Refrigerate until cold and enjoy!
